The ATK World Cup Revolution with Brake offers the same race-focused design and premium materials racers have come to expect from ATK’s flagship race binding but now features an integrated ski brake to satisfy ISMF regulations. Like other race bindings in this class, transitions are still lightning fast. The new fully integrated brake is tied to the climbing riser via a high-strength steel cable, so transitioning the binding from climbing to skiing still only requires a flick of the riser to access the heel pins and deploy the brake. Constructed out of a mix of premium materials like 7075 aluminum and titanium, these bindings provide a level of confidence on the downhill seldom found in a 120-gram package. Utilizing ATK’s springless toe-piece design, skiers can choose from three different levels of hardness of the up-hill locking mechanism and are less susceptible to icing than traditional spring-driven designs. Race-focused design strips away excess weight from features like heel adjustment and ski crampon attachment hooks but allows them to be added later if needed.
