Equally at home at the start line of a race, as it is cruising up some early-morning groomers, the World Cup Trofeo provides the ease of use and durability of a premium race binding without the premium price tag. Constructed from materials like high-strength aluminum and stainless steel, this binding offers increased confidence on the downhill in an ultralight 140-gram package. The toe piece of the Trofeo features ATK’s EASY ENTRY SYSTEM, which utilizes a new geometry for fast and easy step-ins. While the single-sided spring pack reduces weight while offering improved stiffness and downhill performance. Like other race bindings in this class, transitions are still lightning fast. The new fully integrated brake is tied to the climbing riser via a high-strength steel cable, so transitioning the binding from climbing to skiing still only requires a flick of the riser to access the heel pins and deploy the brake.
