Bauer has taken their renowned Hyperlite gear and upgraded it for the 2023 season with a combination of new technology, what worked before, and whats worked in their other gear families. The Hyperlite 2 catcher features Bauers new Defense Cloud Tech, CatchGrip+ material, and CURV reinforcements.

External Material
The catcher uses a Catchlite palm for an excellent combination of comfort, protection, and performance. The foam padding helps to absorb the impact of incoming shots, while the synthetic material provides a secure grip on the puck, allowing the goaltender to make clean and confident saves.
